Boxall Ward Limited was established in 2008 offering the complete supply, installation and maintenance of private off-mains drainage systems, sewage treatment plants, septic tanks, cesspits and soakaways in Sussex and the Southeast.

Our workforce includes installation teams and 3 Service Engineer’s so we can ensure our high standards are constantly met.

In 2012 Boxall Ward (Services) Limited was established to complement the installation business and to look after the annual maintenance and servicing of sewage treatment systems.  Ensuring they comply with current environmental regulations.

Andrew Boxall is well versed in all aspects of drainage.  With over 27 years’ experience in the ground work and drainage sector, including mains, utility and private systems.  Andrew has personally installed over 500 ‘Off-Mains’ systems.  His extensive knowledge and skills ensure that we offer the right solution for every client’s requirements and that every project is delivered and managed to the highest standards.

Ruth Ward manages the company offices at Steyning, West Sussex and looks after all aspects of the company administration and accounting for both Boxall Ward Limited and Boxall Ward (Services) Limited with the assistance of Claire Beatty.

Jane Spano is our Service Administrator. She is responsible for the administration of the maintenance side of the business, scheduling service visits, call outs and contract renewals.

Andrew Dargan is one of our Service Engineers. With over 25 years’ experience in the groundwork and drainage sector, and also holding the British Water Course accreditation; he knows anything and everything there is to know when it comes to sewage.  Steven King coordinates and oversees the servicing works and the team is completed by Matthew Boxall.
