Boxall Ward Services Ltd has been established since 2012.

Introduced to complement our installations by offering an after sales package, allowing the customer to relax in the confidence that their sewage treatment plant is maintained and, running efficiently, effectively and within the guidelines set out by the manufacturer of the system installed.

Many owners of sewage treatment plants do not realise that they remain responsible for the quality of effluent produced and, as such, should ensure the system is regularly maintained in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations.

Another fact many people are not aware of is the importance of not emptying the plant any more than is necessary. Over emptying is not only expensive but can, in fact, break down the bacterial process required to treat the effluent effectively.

Our service agreements ensure that service visits take place when due. We will write to you prior to our engineer’s attendance. Each visit will test the quality of the effluent, thus keeping you environmentally friendly & compliant and, include advice on whether emptying is required. In addition, a reduced call out fee (in the event of an emergency) applies, as well as a discount on any replacement parts required.

Our engineers are “British Water” trained and certificated (The Trade Association for the UK Water and Wastewater Industry).

Andrew Dargan, Steve King and Matthew Boxall are our service engineers who undertake all aspects of maintenance and repair works on a multitude of sewage treatment plants.
