Dealing with two old systems that badly needed upgrading to modern sewage treatment plants could have been quite a challenge until we discovered Boxall Ward. Andrew Boxall was very knowledgeable, patient and positive, & gave us confidence the job would be done well at a fair price. Everything went to plan with a minimum of disturbance by his staff who were polite and helpful. Ruth, in the office was excellent in keeping us in the picture and dealt with our calls promptly and efficiently. Post installation checks were made and we were impressed when Andrew promised to return in a few weeks, attend to any levelling and put down some grass seed. This Company is passionate about their work and give the extra mile. Thanks to everyone for a 5 Star service !

From the very start your small team on site were quick, tidy, efficient and most courteous, a credit to your company. The care and attention to minimising damage through the tracking of your machinery was most impressive and the standard of workmanship, excellent. The repositioning of the subsoil from the excavation to take the unit was carried out with considerable care and attention. The contouring and ‘making good’ was beyond my expectations. Thank you. Your work was carried out in the most efficient manner with the very minimum of damage and completed appreciably within the time scale that you had indicated.
