Holiday Cottage within the grounds of Leeds Castle, Maidstone, was connected to a Victorian Septic Tank that needed to be replaced. Due to the close proximity of the stream a new Packaged Sewage Treatment Plant was specified. The access to the garden of the property for the plant equipment was restricted so a purpose built bridge was formed over the stream.
